Raw Vegan Chocolate Truffles

Perfect as a take-away gift!!

These tasty, nutritious, and filling truffles are the perfect match for coffee and/or special occasions with a nice “champagne.”

Ingredients:

1 taza de avellanas y almendras  (también se pueden usar  nueces o macadamia)

1 cup of almonds and hazelnuts (walnuts or macadamia nuts can also be used)

1 organic orange

10 dates

4 dried figs

1 tablespoon of organic dark cocoa

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Elaboration:

Almonds and hazelnuts should be soaked in water the night before. The hazelnuts, almonds, orange juice, zest, pitted dates, cocoa, and coconut oil should all be processed in a food processor together with the chopped figs, almonds, hazelnuts, and almonds.

Form some balls and roll them with cocoa or coconut flakes and refrigerate!!
